Strength & Speed Club

  • Are you interested in becoming faster, stronger and more explosive with a group of motivated student-athletes? Come join us in the Fitness and Performance Center on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday after school!
     
    Participation in this group focuses on developing speed and power through structured strength training as well as time spent in a functional/turf zone and plyometric zone. This group is focused on helping you maximize your potential as an all-around athlete. Work hard and smart with a group of goal-oriented students!
