Per the Governor's Emergency Executive Order 20-99 our pool will be closed Starting November 20, 2020 at 11:59 pm through Friday December 18, 2020.
For the safety of our guests, swimmers under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult (18+) in the water, and be within an arm's reach at all times. Maximum of three children per in-water adult supervisor. Children 13 and older must have an adult present on deck. Children who are not potty trained are required to wear a swim diaper. Community Education does NOT have swim diapers available for purchase. Only U.S. Coast Guard approved flotation devices are allowed in the pool, and must be less than six feet in dimension. Flotation devices are allowed in the shallow end only. Children must remain within an arm's reach of an adult if they are utilizing them.
Shallow Water Requirements:
- Any child under 12 that wants to swim outside of an arm's reach of their supervising adult in the shallow end must wear a U.S. Coast Guard approved life jacket OR pass the swim test.
Deep Water Requirements:
- Any child under 12 that wants to swim in the deep end must take the swim test. Children 12 and under who are not able to pass the swim test may utilize the deep end if they are wearing a U.S. Coast Guard approved life jacket AND are within an arm's reach of an adult.
